Job Title: Agribusiness Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
Candidates will carry out the following
responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and operation of
livestock, crop and grain farming, production and
processing
Marketing, packaging and branding
Establishing modern farming practices
Effective budget setting, management and cost
monitoring.
Effective stock management, plant operation and
maintenance
Staff management, leadership, mentoring and
development.
Leadership, innovation and diversification
Practical and hands-on activities, e.g. driving
tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock,
spraying fields, and so on;
Job Requirements
Remuneration:
Compensation is based on qualification,
experience, leadership and innovative capacity;
and commensurate with industry practices.
